I hope you had a nice weekend! I actually got some stamping done, and also did a little shopping for supplies...so as stamping and shopping was the theme of my fun weekend, I thought it should carry over to our LPS Monday!

I love this new set, {Growing Old}! It's a fun and playful sentiment for the young, old...well, young at heart! This brand new sentiment set comes out tomorrow and is sure to put a smile on someone's face when you use it on a card, special project, or scrapbook page. As sassy as it is sweet, I LOVE this set and plan to spread some major sunshine with it for a few family member's bdays I have coming up. Can't wait!

In addition, today is our BIRTHDAY INSPIRATION Challenge!

Preview Day #1: {Forest Critters}

Hi everyone!

It's that time again! ***SQUEAL!!!*** I am SO excited about this month's Little Paper Shop releases...wait until you see them!

Today is day one of a fantastic 3 day preview that we have for you. We have lots of prizes, news and fun so be sure to stick with us over the next few days and just wait and see!

Before we begin, please join me in officially welcoming Jessie Rone to our little LPS family! Jessie joins us as a Guest Designer for the next three months and brings more talent to the table than I can express! I've had the pleasure of getting to know Jess for the past 7 or so months and she is just as sweet, and REALLY funny as she is talented...so that says alot! Her cards are gorgeous and her blog, "Can you say addicted to stamps" is UBER inspiring! Welcome Jess! So glad to have you here! Check out the cute card that she made for today's preview, {Forest Critters}.

Isn't it sweet? I LOVE her attention to the little details, whether it's the shadowing on her amazingly colored images or the paper piercing...a personal fave of mine. And let's not forget the adorable spiral clips! I LOVE those too! Jessie has a meticulous eye for color and paper coordination as well and I think you are really going to enjoy what she comes up with for us over the next few months! So again, WELCOME Jess!

This new stamp set, {Forest Critters} is as whimsical and cute as it is one of several hot trends in stamping right now in terms of theme. I just LOVE the adorable trees and cute critters, and I think the mushrooms are my favorite! Check out what the rest of our wonderful DT did with this set:

Lovin' the Colors of Spring...

Hi all !

We have another color challenge for you, today! These pretty, soft Spring colors are the perfect palette for our next challenge...

I just LOVE the soft, spring colors that are finally starting to bloom and blossom out there...I swear, I feel like we've had to wait longer for this Spring than in seasons past! I'm so grateful for the blue skies and the life that is beginning to show signs of stirring...makes me SO happy and relieved that Winter is (I think?) over!

LPS Monday...Get Sketchy, Win a Prize!

We are kicking off the first LPS Monday of April with a sketch Challenge and a few fun announcements for this month!

The Little Paper Shop is having a birthday! Yep! That's right! We are turning ONE! In appreciation of all you have done to make us a success, we aren't going to celebrate small! There will be weekly prizes for our challenges, a new Guest Designer, and we'll be giving away our April releases during sneaks week!

Seriously HOW cute is this new digistamp, Little Friend? This cutie was JUST released and is now available on the Little Paper Shop website! Mel made this adorable card and I love the flowers she added along with the beautiful DP and superb coloring! I can't wait to use this stamp!

Cindy created this stinkin' cute card using another new digistamp, Lilly Lamb! Isn't she adorable! She can't wait to come home with ewe! (ha ha ). I LOVE the coloring of the sheep and the beautiful textures she created with the papers and border punches. Gorgeous!
